• Bursary Applicants: When you apply via our online forms, we collect your name, contact details, and financial/educational information to assess your eligibility. This data is processed via Google Forms.
• Event Attendees: When you book a seminar, your data is processed by Eventbrite. We do not store your payment card details directly.
• Mailing List: If you sign up for our newsletter, we store your email address solely to send you updates about Trust activities.

3. How We Use Your Data We only use your data to:

• Process your bursary application (Lawful basis: Legitimate Interest).
• Manage event attendance (Lawful basis: Contract).
• Send you news, only if you have opted in (Lawful basis: Consent).

4. Third Parties We use trusted third-party providers to run our services:

• Google (Forms & Analytics): For application processing.
• Eventbrite: For event ticketing.
